Fun LI Events to Beat The Winter Blues
Most Long Islanders can’t imagine living anywhere else but right here on Long Island – that is between the months of April through November. We can all admit that we do give a little thought to moving down to sunny Florida, Arizona, or San Diego during our coldest and snowiest months, but luckily the thought is fleeting once we realize just how much there is to experience right in our own backyard.
Since there are only 93 days until Memorial day, we have compiled a list of indoor and outdoor fun activities going on around Long Island that will surely chase those pesky winter-blues away while you are waiting to start the countdown until summer-fun begins.
Can You Escape?
Yes, there is a real life mystery room on Long Island where you and your team get locked in a fully themed room – The clock starts as soon as you enter – You have 60 heart pounding minutes to solve the puzzles, find the clues, and get out! You need to think outside of the box and think fast. Can you escape? Many will try, few will succeed.
This is the ultimate family/friend/team bonding experience. Everyone has to leave their cell phones and video games behind. Get the whole group working together as you immerse yourselves in this experience.
